Museum of the Moon comes to Glasgow

Museum of the Moon is a new touring artwork by UK artist Luke Jerram which has been thrilling audiences all over the world and is finally coming to Scotland.

Measuring seven metres in diameter, the moon features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. At an approximate scale of 1:500,000, each centimetre of the internally lit spherical sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface.

The Museum of the Moon will be open to the public from 10am to 5.30pm (May 11th to June 24th). Tickets can be booked in advance. Large group bookings welcome - please get in touch.
